· Assist Country Managers in the identification of talent and training needs among Asia; be an expert resource in the Company’s Career and Talent Management systems. · Ensure that new employees on-boarding and induction systems and processes are effectively applied. · Assist the Asia Managers and AP Manager HRIS and Reward to coordinate the annual salary and bonus round for Asia to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance; work with them to ensure that remuneration and benefits are market competitive. · Apply corporate policy and systems within Asia region while contributing to the review and development of these to ensure they are current and appropriate to the requirements in Asia. Help develop specific local policy where appropriate. · Provide functional leadership on OHS for Asia to support Management achieve its responsibility for a healthy and safe work environment. Implement agreed employee well-being initiatives in the Region. · Manage the Singapore Benefits packages. · Oversight personnel input to payroll and the company FMIS. · Ensure required employment statistical returns are provided. · Minimum a relevant Bachelor Degree and eligible to be full member of relevant professional society. · Interested in the business and understands the business imperatives and drivers that staff operate within. Experienced at providing strategic advice and leadership in HR matters to a senior management team. · Committed to being part of the Asia Pac and Global HR team by aligning with and supporting agreed common goals, policies, approaches and tools. · Influence skills highly developed able to lead by being the trusted advisor, facilitator, rather than administrative compliance approach. · Able to travel reasonably regularly, occasionally at short notice, within the Asia Region and occasionally beyond. · Ability to deal constructively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
