We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Fire Safety Engineer to work on varied and prestigious projects for our operations in the Middle East
Responsibilities:
- Design sprinkler and hydrant systems, hosereel and hydraulic calculations
- Communication with approval authorities on fire safety regulations and solutions
- Ensure work is coordinated with engineers of other disciplines
- Working closely with design teams to achieve their desing aspirations and project requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in a recognised fire safety subject with experience in performance based fire engineering and skills in FDS and/or Steps modelling
- First degree from a recognised university, and be working towards full membership of a recognised fire safety engineering society
- Good command of written and verbal communication
- Conversant in NFPA codes and authority requirements
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
