One of the world’s largest M&E contractors is currently looking for a contracts manager to join their busy facilities management team in Doha, Qatar.
The principle function of this role is to work in partnership with the existing contract manager overseeing the delivery of a total maintenance program for 7 large sporting facilities. The facilities are of the highest standard and are aimed at holding significant sporting events to be played out on a world wide level.
Suitable applicants for this facilities manager / contract manager role will have previous experience in managing all aspects of a high level maintenance contract that has incorporated planned and reactive maintenance on both hard and soft services. They will also be able to work in a challenging environment and be able to inspire their subordinates and peers to succeed even though there may be a language barrier to overcome.
