This is an excellent opportunity for a Wind Engineer with an interest or experience in renewable power generation to join our multinational client who is now establishing themselves firmly in the New Zealand engineering, power generation, transmission and distribution systems market.
You will require at least 4 years experience, a relevant tertiary qualification, a familiarity with design standards, codes of practice, and construction experience to ensure you perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Prepare technical specifications, tender documentation etc
Provide specialist advice on projects and tasks
Prepared technical papers for presentation as required
Liaise and co-operate with technical staff.
Provide technical support as required.
Ensure new technology developments monitored.
Seek training opportunities that compliment and enhance group skill base
Support the research and identification of customer requirements
Support the communication of the Company’s capabilities to existing and potential customers
Support the preparation of bids and client briefs
Seek and monitor client feedback
You will receive a highly competitive salary package that will be reflective of your skills and experience. For the right person this will be in the region of 70k – 90k but this is not set in stone.
