The companies intention is to create an Australia-Pacific wide team covering all the rail-specific disciplines, including track, signalling, traction supply and rolling stock, with rail project management support. It is not expected that all disciplines will be represented in each location; rather centres for specific disciplines will be created to provide a critical mass, with perhaps one or two other senior staff in a discipline located in other offices. Staff will be required to provide support to other offices and to projects Australia-Pacific wide, as required. As the Senior Signalling Engineer you would provide technical expertise on a range of projects. Manage a variety of small to large projects and produce quality reports. Support the Principal Signalling Engineer in developing my clients railway track capability and expanding the client base. Your experience and background would be in either consulting, design, construction and/or maintenance. You would have project management experience together with sound report writing and oral communication skills. Business development and marketing would also form a part of the role.
