Job Summary
Our client is a leading international design, engineering and project management firm, with a strong presence and reputation in the Middle East. This role represents an excellent opportunity to work on signature projects with high-profile clients.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid career track within a consultant engineering environment and have experience of on-site supervision of multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise multi-disciplinary contractors on site, and ensure work is carried out in accordance within the work plans and method statements, whilst assessing variations and valuations.
• Advising on the progress of civil construction activities during throughout the project phases and reporting progress to client
• Management of site inspectors working across the project, and ensuring correct documentation and records are maintained.
• Monitoring of Health & Safety issues.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chartered Engineer preferable.
• 10 years experience working as site supervisory in highways /roads construction, preferably gained from a consulting background.
• Strong onsite construction supervision experience with track record of liaising with and reporting to clients.
