Senior Engineer - Civil / Structural
Waterman Group are currently seeking a Senior Engineer (Civil / Structural) to be based in our offices in Dublin to develop new business and expand operations in Eastern Europe and specifically in the Ukraine.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing jobs from inception to completion
- Liaising with Waterman International contacts at all phases of work
- Help to develop new work in the region for the group
- Attending client / design team meetings
- Developing relationships with local authority contacts
- Financial management of projects, marketing the group in the area, and assisting in fee bidding
- Developing their own team to be based in Dublin
Projects and workload will be varied and will include works on large residential properties, with associated site infrastructure works, and future projects of mixed use developments, offices, logistics parks are expected to follow.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate proven experience within a project management capacity ideally gained from within a civil or structural arena, ideally within a Eastern European region, although this is not essential.
Knowledge of Russian / Eastern European language would be a distinct advantage.
