FLEET MANAGER, PRODUCT SUPPORT
GAS & STEAM TURBINES FOR POWER GENERATION

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Manager, Product Support, Gas Turbines to join the Power division of one of the world leaders in transport and energy infrastructure.
The Power Division based in the beautiful town of Baden, Switzerland is a large and well-established company specialising in electricity generation equipment and services. Through the development of advanced public transport and cleaner electric power production, they are helping to address some of the key issues that face the planet today.
They are currently looking for a Fleet Manager to initiate and monitor the implementation of modifications to their fleet of gas turbines GT8, GT11 and GT13.
In order to achieve the successful implementation of modifications, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing the relevant documentation, e.g. field service instructions, managing specific technical issues of product support in the framework of small development projects, delivering technical support, controlling the configuration of PDM structures with relevance to product support and establishing and updating guidelines for creating Service documents.
Qualified to HNC or degree level in mechanical or electrical engineering, you will have proven experience in the installation/commissioning of gas turbines and a thorough understanding of gas turbine operation and configuration and power plant technology. A team player you will also have “Shop floor” experience. Knowledge of machining, joining and assembly would be advantageous.
German language classes will be on offer at an onsite language school and a willingness to learn is essential.
Famous for its thermal baths and historic town centre, the small but lively town of Baden is situated just twenty minutes from Zurich and the airport.
