Key Responsibilities: • Replying to transmittals. • Commenting on drawings. • Converting CAD drawings to various file formats and uploading them as required. • Preparing and sending out change orders • Updating all spreadsheets • Filing of Drawings • Pre-archiving. • Setting up all QMS documents and folders for new projects • Manage the administration side of the QMS • Prompt Project Leaders where necessary to ensure compliance with Design Review procedures. • Managing appropriate QMS checks in line with QMS requirements. • Updating spreadsheets. • General administration. • Monitoring the status of several project websites at any one time. • Ensuring Engineers and Technicians have current information from others in the design team. • Ensure tasks are carried out within agreed deadlines. • Coordinating his/her work with members of project teams. • Maintain the Structural and MEP libraries. Job requirements Qualifications / Experience: Good secondary education, prior office experience needed.
Job Purpose: The Document Controller will work in a Building Group and will be responsible for managing the documents to dedicated projects.
