The employer is a joint venture between an International Developer and a British-based Project Management firm with the two party's having come together to deliver this iconic project. The Project Management side has over 40 offices worldwide With nearly 100 years experience, the company has gained a reputation for the consistent delivery of landmark projects throughout Europe and the Middle east. The Developer involved has a reputation in the region which has vastly grown in previous years through the scale and quality of projects they are continually delivering. The joint venture supports their vision of becoming the leading real estate developer in the Middle East and one of the top five players globally.
As Senior Design Manager you will be responsible for leading project the project with particular emphasis on reviewing & monitoring design activities and coordinating technical issues. With the initial Masterplans for the project designed, this is a great stage to be entering the project and heading up the Design Team. Your key duties will include but not be limited to the following: managing design schedules, co-ordinating with the other members of the PM team, liasing with authorities, and developing design guidelines.
You must be suitably qualified and have extensive experience of the design and build of multi-million $USD high-rise, commercial, residential, hotel, and/or mixed-use developments, to the highest of international standards.
