Senior Architect - Consultant - Dubai
£70,000 - £75,000 Tax Free Package
The client is looking for a high calibre Senior Architect to work on commercial development projects in Dubai. The candidate will work as a consultant to perform a client facing role to liaison with the Project Team on site and look after the design team assigned to the project. The applicant should have 15 to 20 years experience, including previous work on a high rise project of approximately 40 storeys and leading an architectural team. The candidate could either be a degree qualified architect or a senior engineer with background experience on a site team.
The client is the fourth largest architectural firm in the world with 32 offices globally. They set up in Dubai in early 2005 and have since reaped enormous results in the region with their striking designs. They have won preferred architect status against other international firms for the largest privately owned developer in the world, who are based in Dubai. Their adventurous designs have also caught the imagination of other major developers as their reputation continues to grow in the region.
