Senior Architect - Abu Dhabi
My client is one of the largest property developers in Abu Dhabi. The company's principle activities include real estate development and sale, real estate investment, property management and related services. They are currently engaged in the development of approximately 20 million sq. m. of land, with the value of the company's portfolio estimated at $16bn. This portfolio is continuing to grow at a remarkable rate and they are looking to add to their team to manage the design of upcoming projects.
The candidate should have at least 15 years post qualification experience and should have spent a period of time working in the GCC. You should have experience on high rise projects 60 storeys and above and should have previously managed a team through the design process. It would also be beneficial if you were a member of a professional body such as RIBA or AIA.
