Principle Architect - Dubai
My client has been established in Dubai since 1982 when it set up as a branch office of the UK parent company. In 2003 the practise was established as a Dubai based local architectural practice, which was subsequently awarded an "unlimited license" categorisation by Dubai Municipality. This lead to a large growth in the size of projects the firm was awarded in the region.
They principally practice architecture but has a sizable in-house interior design team and a modest structural engineering capability. Project commissions have undertaken throughout the United Arab Emirates and the neighbouring Sultanate of Oman. Project sector involvement is varied in nature and has included retail malls, hotels, leisure facilities, beach clubs, residential developments, logistical facilities and commercial offices.
We are looking for a Principle Architect with 10 - 15 years experience to work on hospitality and retail projects. Previous experience in this sector of projects will be advantageous. Experience in the Gulf region will be benefitial to your application also.
