Title:Cladding Manager
Reporting line:Project Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Liaising with Clients, developing the business, networking etc.
Researching and sourcing local suppliers, enquiring about upcoming project and work opportunities, etc.
Preparing and collating tenders by a given deadline.
Processing and returning quotations to clients.
Ordering materials and prefabricated items.
Preparation of fitting schedule to coincide with on-site deliveries.
Overseeing service of completed projects.
Monitoring & follow up CIS database for potential projects.
Monitoring & ordering office supplies.
Preparation of regular progress reports for the Company Directors.
Attending progress meetings with Company Directors
The Cladding Manager will be responsible for:
Facade design, management and procurement
On-going fabrication and installation management
Risk management
These are just a few of the responsibilities that you will take on board as the Cladding Manager
Requirements:
Experience with glazing, joinery or cladding products
Experience with the construction industry
Proved track record in a management position
A business development background.
A strong understanding of relationship building with client organisations.
Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a University degree and 10-15 years of experience in design of cladding projects. The right candidate must be a strong team player, have a strong technical background, and have significant experience on high-rise projects.
