Architectural Contracts Manager - Dubai
My client, a large multi disciplinary company in Dubai are looking for an Architectural Contracts Manager. The role as Contracts Manager will be specialising in the fee proposals of various projects for the firm.
The company is a client-orientated organisation who excel in the design of innovative buildings that are fresh and inspirational in design and function. The company's philosophy is centred around "design excellence" in both architecture and engineering. This philosophy has resulted in their projects being recognised with awards for their quality, aesthetic values and distinction.
The successful candidate should have 2 to 3 years experience fee proposals for high end, residential, commercial and/or mixed used projects. Previous experience in the GCC would be beneficial and familiarity with local building codes and standards would be of assistance to your application.
