Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to perform the role of the Commission Manager, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery, with respect to large exciting commissions. You will be working on Fast Track, World-Class developments in Leisure, Hotels, Commercial and Residential Sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
•Prepare accurate estimates at schematic and design development level of design
•Meet deadlines
•Provide value engineering services
•Set up work breakdown structure
•Prepare task order
•Deliver estimate in time allotted
•Direct and lead estimating team
•Review and estimate change orders
•Reconcile with GC's or peer review estimator
•Some travel required
What We Look For
We are looking for a Senior Cost Manager to handle commission of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project, etc. Projects fall within the US$40 to $1000 million range.
Pre-requisites Include:
Relevant Degree (BSc / MSc / LLB)
Chartership (Desirable)
Middle East Experience (Desirable)
10 Years (Minimum) QS Experience
Experience working as a QS in relevant sectors (Leisure / Commercial / Hotels )
