The Person:
It is expected that you will have proven experience at a senior level in infrastructure contracts management on major projects & possess the relevant tertiary qualifications.
Role/Responsibilities:
Your role as Contract Manager will involve the control of complex contractual agreements, preparing schedules for the achievement of project objectives & managing contractors for performance and contract objectives. You will lead a team of Contract Administrators, and supply guidance and advise when required. You will work closely with the Internal Legal Manager.
Responsibilities will include ensuring contracts meet legal, business and project requirements, claim management, contractor performance reviews & stakeholder & relationship management.
