Due to this continued success we are looking to source a Commercial Manager or Managing Surveyor to work on one of the regions most high spec and landmark developments. This project is a mixed-use scheme with very large elements of hotel/leisure construction for a leading developer. Above and beyond this our client already has an established office, brand and work profile in Abu Dhabi.

They are active in the commercial, residential, retail and infrastructure sectors, and are currently involved in projects across the UAE region, including Oman, Doha and Abu Dhabi.
MANAGING QUANTITY SURVEYOR ROLE – PQS CONSULTANCY
This is a senior quantity surveyor opening within the business, as the Lead surveyor within the Quantity Surveying team, you will be in charge of working alongside the client, consultants and main contractors in ensuring the interests of the client are at the forefront of all the construction works. You will be involved with the client throughout the process and work closely with internal and external teams in bringing the project to completion within timeframe and budget.
IDEAL QUANTITY SURVEYOR – MANAGING QUANTITY SURVEYOR
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing from the front and delivering projects up to £?M in value. It is essential for them to have worked for a leading consultancy firm and have excellent client interface skills.
Experience of managing a team and Middle East is advantageous but not essential.
