Our client is a leading global project management and cost consultancy currently seeking Client Side Quantity Surveyors of all levels for their Bucharest Office. You will need extensive commercial experience to assist on a €70m office development. The ideal candidate would be comfortable dealing with a bullish contractor and managing the programme / contract management of a live project.
The Bucharest office is employs approximately 50 people, and is expanding rapidly due to the huge growth and booming construction hot spot that Romania has become.
Projects with in the region include build projects, including multi-million pound mixed-use developments, shopping malls, residential developments, office blocks, resorts and many more!

In addition to a generous salary (subject to a lower tax rate than the UK), our client offers accommodation, medical, mobilisation flights and an annual salary review. Salary will be negotiated based on experience.
Ideal candidates will be degree qualified (or equivalent) and have some experience working within a consultancy / private practice. Alternatively, candidates from a contracting background who want to make the move to a consultancy will also be considered.
