An established developer is seeking an Client Side Project Manager to manage the hotel aspect of a huge mixed use development in Montenegro.
Working for the developer and closely with the hotel operator and contractor the person will be responsible for the delivery of the hotel on time, budget and to brand standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting development with a leading hotel operator.
The person should have experience on international hotel projects. They will need excellent communication skills, and ideally a relevant second language. Educated to degree level in Project Management or equivalent.
