• The position is for a Project Manager for new build high rise office development
• The development will be 40 storeys high and is a prestigous project within Dubai
• As Project Manager you will be responsible with delivering the project to satisfy the clients objectives and contractual obligations (including budget, scheduling, reporting etc).
• You will establish strong networks and good rapport between all project parties and successfully manage the interfaces throughout the project duration
• As Project Manager you will have a proven track record of running Projects from beginning to end.
• Degree qualified with good Project Management experience, either with a Project Management company or with a contractor.
• Those with contracting experience must have been involved with the client, budget and design as part of their role.
• As this is a high spec high rise development, previous high rise experience would be ideal
• Prior experience in construction or design
• Leadership and management including management of teams and contractors
• Excellent communication and presentatation skills
