Our client is looking to recruit a Project Director to deliver high profile construction projects within the commercial, retail and leisure sectors for global clients based in the Asia region.
Forming part of the senior management team your key responsibilities and duties will include
• Developing and managing existing client relationships whilst developing new leads in the local market in order to develop the growth of the company in its Asian operations.
• Responsible for delivering the clients requirements by proactively managing and leading the project and management teams.
• Attending meetings with the client to discuss project progress whilst offering additional services and seeking decisions
• Assist with the career development of the project team
• Oversee lower value projects from a strategic viewpoint
• Manage profit and loss of the business.
You should have experience in a similar role and should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering on major projects, typically mixed use developments. You should be degree qualified or equivalent and have an architectural, engineering or construction background. Excellent presentation and communication skills are required as this is a client facing role. Experience in China, Taiwan or Hong Kong with fluency in both English and Chinese language would be an advantage |
