Our client is a global project and cost management consultancy, rapidly growing in Eastern Europe. Due to continued success and expansion in Croatia they have an opportunity for a Client Facing Quantity Surveyor to be based on the beautiful south coast of Croatia. With projects in Zagreb, Split and Istria you will work alongside the Project Manager on the clients behalf.
It is essential for this position that you have worked in a client facing role previously and throughout the entire project life cycle. You will be required to liaise closely with design and engineering teams, produce detailed cost reports and assessments and deal with variations through to final accounts.
You should have experience working on retail, resort and mixed use developments with substantial hotel and residential works, and ideally a degree in Quantity Surveying with RICS accreditation or equivalent.
