Our client is one of the world’s leading construction and Project Management companies, who currently have an immediate requirement for 2 MEP Managers for their Moscow office.
For hundreds of years Moscow has been the centre of the Russian national culture. The city possesses the most valuable historical and architectural monuments of world importance: the Kremlin, Novo-Devichiy Convent, Church of Pokrov in Fili, Moscow State University to name but a few.
The purpose of this role is to manage mechanical packages from procurement, selection, construction to commissioning and contract completion, to satisfy the Client''s requirements and the design expectations. You should have experience on a high rise mixed use development with M&E Management (with focus on mechanical), from the beginning to the completion of the project.
Due to the location and client base it is essential that you are able to speak fluent Russian. A highly competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate.
