Chief Executive Officer (CEO) required for Property Developer in Eastern Europe. Focusing on developments in the Balkan region, this represents an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking, expanding organisation.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for the day to day management of the company and will be expected to provide direction to the existing staff and to add to the team where necessary.
The position with be accountable for Investment Management, Project and Development Management, Asset Management, Financial Management , People Management and Marketing Management. They will develop company strategy and expansion plans as well as being ultimately responsible for the delivery of projects already in the planning and construction phase.
The person will be responsible for budget creation and control, working with institutions and high-level authorities. Taking a hands on approach they will also source new investment opportunities and present these to the investment board. Overseeing the appointment of consultancies and contractors.
The successful candidate will already be at the top of their career in a CEO or Director level position of a Developer, Real Estate or Consultancy company. You will have broad experience delivering large, complex mixed use projects with specific residential and hospitality aspects. Financially astute, they will have the ability to manage multi million pound budgets and portfolios.
Previous experience in Eastern Europe/Balkan region is essential. Ideally with a relevant second language.
