Urgent – Senior Quantity Surveyor Wanted – High Rise Commercial Projects – Dubai
Large multi disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work form there Dubai office.
The Company
A huge project management multi disciplinary consultancy, operating in commercials, residential and industrial. Operating from 16 offices worldwide, Leap29 client manage prestigious projects worldwide ranging from £1 - £1bn.
The Role
You will be required to head up a department, liaising with the companies clients. You will be involved in new projects including: a commercial high rise, large shopping malls and hotels.
What they look for
Fluent English speakers.
Post Chartered. (Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors)
Experience with working on large commercial projects.
Middle East experience. (Desirable, but not essential)
Degree Qualified. (Desirable)
