This international cost consultancy are arguably the world's most prestigious. They have been established in Asia for over 70 years and employs over 2,000 staff in 30 strategically located offices in 11 of Asia's major countries. This easily makes them one of the largest construction consultancies in the Far East.
Due to continuous growth and having secured several high profile projects, this cost consultancy require up to three Senior Quantity Surveyors to work in their Seoul office in South Korea.
Within the Seoul office there are 80 employees in which 10% are expats. The Vice President is looking to appoint high caliber Senior Quantity Surveyors who hold a construction based degree and have experience of working on high profile build projects. Previous international experience is a bonus although my client will highly consider strong candidates who have no relocated in the past but have a desire to work in Asia and seek a new challenge.
Experience of working within a consultancy is favourable but Quantity Surveyors with client facing experience are highly sought after.
The majority of projects are within the build sector. Recently completed projects include:
•High profile commercial,
•High rise residential.
•Industrial,
•Mixed Use.
The organisation are currently working on a number of exciting projects. Projects range from $1million office fit out to $2billion holiday resorts.
Your duties will include:
•Traditional Quantity Surveying duties,
•Estimation,
•Post contract,
•Occasional site visits.
This is predominately an office based role but it will require occasional site visits.
