A leading international consultancy with an annual Group turnover in excess of £200 million are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to work in their Russia office and on a variety of different projects (Retail, Commercial, Logistics, Hotel and Leisure).
The role would suit a RICS qualified Cost Manager who wishes to broaden their European experiences. With the Eastern European Market attracting a huge amount of interest and money from investors in the construction market, this is a very exciting role.
Responsibilities
• Leading a cost management team in the delivery of projects from inception to completion • Setting up and delivery of good practice cost management systems and controls • Providing key client contact and development of the brief • Managing the cost and procurement elements of projects as a whole • Managing the budgeting and tendering including documentation • Post contract cost controlling • Close out including agreeing final accounts Skills / Experience Required
• Proven Management skills • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Evidence of working in a multi cultural environment • Costs report writing and clarity of presentation are essential. • Fluent in Microsoft Word & Excel • Experience in all phases of a contract (pre, during and post, final account)
