Senior Quantity Surveyor l UAE, Dubai l Extensive ex-pat package
This international and prestigious company is looking for a high caliber senior quantity surveyor to join their current high rise project in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities
•Monitor on a daily basis Contractor progress including materials delivered, materials installed, materials dredged, labor resources employed, equipment resources utilized and other statistical management.
•Verify the contractor's monthly request for payment derived from surveyed completed fill quantities.
•Development and provision of data and information to produce progress reporting and monthly schedule status.
•Assist as required the development of budgets and costs-at-completion.
•Accumulation of statistical progress and resource data on a daily basis.
Candidate
•A minimum of 15 years experience is preferable
•Experience as Quantity Surveyor on high rise, hotel, commercial or other building
projects
•Experience in pre and post contract work
•Membership to RICS or equivalent is preferred
•Four Year college degree is preferred
