The role title is – Senior Highway Design Engineer and the successful applicant will work in a challenging and rewarding high performance environment working directly with the Highways Lead and looking after a skilled and diligent project team. Within this organisation there are significant opportunities for promotion. This position is required to oversee a portfolio of work in the Emirates.
In the role you will provide concise technical ability in the preparation of reports, designs, specifications and other requirements of the project briefs. You will also help promote strong client relationships based on confidence, honesty and trust.
Requirements:-
Honours Degree in Civil Engineering
A Graduate Engineer with excellent experience in the design and delivery of highway schemes.
Computer Literate (Word, Excel, MS Project)
Experience in all aspects of highway design
Working Knowledge of Highways procedures and standards
Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, particularly the CDM regulations
Experience of delivery of schemes by modern procurement methods
Working knowledge of overseas regulations and procedures.
