A leading international consultancy is currently seeking a Technical Director or Associate Director to take on a business critical role within their senior management team. This role will focus on projects related to building structures associated with transportation, including but not limited to, aviation, railways & stations and ports & harbours.
A multi-disciplinary approach and an excellent reputation for design and delivery has seen this consultancy's work force reach 10,000 employees based in 35 countries around the world. In the six months to 30th June 2008 they saw pre-tax profits increase 43% and at that time it's order book stood at £1.2bn. A lot of this success has been due to public sector backed transport contracts and international projects, particularly in the Middle East. As the Technical Director of Transportation you will play a key role in the continued growth of the company being responsible for international scale projects based both in the UK and the Middle East.
