An international firm of consulting engineers specialising in post-tension concrete is looking for an engineer with strong technical ability to take on the role of Senior Structural Engineer. In this position you will lead a team of 3 engineers in successfully delivering large scale projects from a range of sectors including residential, retail, commercial, education, healthcare and process. You will be given the opportunity to meet with clients and candidates in order to secure business and to then take these projects through to completion. Within 6-12 months the successful candidate will then be promoted to the position of Design Manager where you will be responsible for the 14 strong engineering team. Here, in addition to attending client meetings, winning tenders and producing designs you will also be responsible for programming and resource allocation within your team, reporting on project status to the Directors and managing costs and budgets.
