THE ROLE:
BSF & Healthcare PFI's: pre and post contract commercial support on projects. Also performance management advice: earned value analysis, KPIs and project controls.
Post Contract Commercial Management on major £multi million new build BSF projects.
Auditing supply chain accounts.
Reporting to Office Director, responsible for delivery of project requirements to meet clients brief / timescale
THE CANDIDATE:
Must have a demonstrable track record of offering the Quantity Surveying services to clients on civil engineering, Education & Healthcare projects.
First class interpersonal skills and a client-facing approach.
The ability to work as part of a specialist team, combined with the self-motivation required to work with minimal supervision.
MRICS qualified and demonstrable commitment to your profession.
