Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for candidates with CDM experience to work within the Health & Safety team to further develop both the companies in-house services and the services we offer to clients in Health & Safety and CDM Co-ordinator roles.
Ideally, candidates should have NEBOSH Construction Certificate or IOSH qualifications, with a minimum of two years practical Health & Safety experience gained within the Construction Industry.

Company Car / Car Allowance: For Chartered Employees


Pensions Support:
6% contribution
5 years’ service enhancement to 8% contribution
10 years’ service enhancement to 10%contribution


Private Health Care:

Single Cover paid with option to extend to cover Partner/Family at Employee’s expense.
(5 years’ service enhancement to Family Cover paid)

Group Long Term Disability Scheme:

For employees aged Age 18 and Over, subject to minimum 13 weeks continuous service and minimum 8 hours worked per week

Life Assurance:

4 x basic annual salary for permanent employees

Holiday:

Technical & Support Staff - 25 days (+ Statutory Bank Holidays)
3, 5 & 8 years service - +1 day additional days holiday for each service period
Long Service Weeks – Plus one weeks leave to be taken in the qualifying Holiday Year after completing 10, 15, 20 etc years service.

Pay Reviews:

Annual Pay Review in January

Training Support:

Training support provided towards RICS (APC route) or other relevant professional qualifications – RIBA, CIBSE etc.
