World leading provider of award winning CRM solution to a major Blue Chip client base urgently seek a talented Applications Support Analyst with great communication ability and an understanding of VB.Net and Oracle/SQL!
With experience supporting applications developed in Microsoft .net and Oracle you will have a solid working knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL and Microsoft .net applications, Microsoft .net framework and ideally Microsoft Visual Studio as well as experience performing upgrades and application releases.
You will also have knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Service Management, strong self-motivation, dedication and good communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include providing 2nd line support within Application Support Team to agreed SLA (Service Level Agreements), providing technical advice and support to users, carrying out investigations into underlying problems with the applications and compiling user guides and documenting support procedures.
