My Client is one of UK's leading online finance and insurance business aimed at the small business market. Through their marketplace, they reach over 80% of UK businesses that are online.
They currently have an new opportunity for a high-calibre insurance professional to join the UK's most exciting commercial insurance team as a Project Manager.
The Role will include
Project management of new and existing product developments within the online Commercial Lines market
Improving and developing the customer service platform (renewals, claims etc) including close liaison with sales and service centres
Product and customer analysis leading to continuous improvement of Commercial product portfolio
Sole management of specification writing, application testing, and client sign-off
Analysis of online marketing efforts, leading to delivery of product improvements and insurer feedback
The successful candidate will have
Trained within either the broking or insurance sector, preferably from one of the top 5 businesses in the sector
Experience of working with IT, ebusiness, technical or development teams strongly preferred
Clear understanding of key business dynamics including analytics, business development and project management on a practical level.
Strong communication and teamwork skills and have experience of being able to handle customer relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders.
Financially literate and a high level of numeracy with application to ensuring a high-level of detail.
Educated to graduate level and preferably post-graduate or professionally qualified (e.g. CII or project related e.g. Prince)
Word and PowerPoint literate with strong Excel/Visual Basic skills
