Global transport organisation are currently recruiting for a Senior Regional Recruitment Specialist to be based from their office in London.
You will be required to:
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practice resourcing policies, procedures and processes
• Lead resourcing activities in the relevant area.
• Deliver resourcing solutions within agreed timescales and targets
• Proactively develop resourcing plans and strategies in order to meet manpower and customer requirements
• Provide input into the development of a pro-active resourcing culture through maximising internal resource availability and creating equal opportunity
• Prepare agreed Job Descriptions and Person Profiles
• Agree candidate contractual terms and conditions with the customer and ensure offer letter issued
Preferably educated to degree level with an engineering background, you will have experience in the recruitment of skilled / technical / blue collar level candidates. In addition you will have an understanding of people management and HR processes in a multi-cultural environment, along with experience of working in a matrix organisation.
