Over many years our Client has trained and recruited surveying graduates, including non-cognate graduates. They have an active involvement in the RICS, including APC Assessors and individuals who act as External Examiners on a number of surveying degree courses.
As a Graduates at this company you can expect a varied workload with early responsibility as part of a working team. They believe that the best environment for training is within a team from the same discipline. The team will include senior, experienced professionals and often other trainees or graduates. They will provide specific coaching, where appropriate, from experienced surveyors with a thorough understanding of the APC process.
Their involvement as APC Assessors and other roles in the RICS allow us a valuable insight into the Final Assessment process.
Over the years, through their RICS approved Structured Training Framework, they have achieved an APC pass rate well in excess of the published averages.
As the practice has diversified, they have also trained an increasing number of architects and engineers, helping them towards their professional qualifications.
Proof of the success of their recruitment and training strategy is that many of the current Partners, Associates and Team Leaders joined at graduate or trainee level.
They are looking for keen and committed individuals with the will and ability to develop their career within the team. Candidates should have good ‘A’ Level results and a minimum 2.1 degree in the appropriate discipline.
