Technical Facilities Manager urgent required for this prestigious newly refurbished site in South West London.
You will have managed all technical services to ensure the effective delivery of the Facilities Management including; mechanical & electrical, maintenance, contractors, H&S, FM budgets & projects (moves/refurbs/installations).
Reporting into the Facilities Manager you will have total responsibility for the hard service aspects of this regional contract.
This is an established global managing agent responsible for this clients corporate Head Office and high profile retail sites, candidates from a similar environment desirable..
Proven qualifications is a technically related discipline preferable, as is NEBOSH/IOSH & MBIFM.
