This role is being brought in to work alongside the Contract Managers within the Commercial SE division, covering approx 260 contracts; the overall responsibility for the compliance falls under the CM, however not all of them know every single piece of legislation/laws that ensure the business are compliant by law.
Advising senior management and leading Regional Director on innovative ideas on how to move forward efficiently, the main part of the role will be improving processes and managing information, ensuring that legislation and laws are adhered to across the business.
Demonstrable background of managing statutory and regulatory activity in an operational environment within the M&E and FM industry.
