Main job purpose Due to the rapid expansion in our FM business and the models implemented in our other offices, we're looking to build on this and form a new base out of our London office. Responsibilities:
Support delivery of facilities management consultancy assignments Have strong interpersonal skills Have strong FM, market and sector knowledge and be able to impart knowledge and experience with authority and respect. Have good written and verbal communication skills Develop strong client relationships and identify additional consultancy opportunities with existing clients Support in the development of new business clients in the London area
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications: Candidates should ideally be educated to degree level, Previously worked in the FM industry in a management capacity experience of or at least aptitude for FM consultancy |
