This large and well known civil engineering company in Central London is looking for an experienced office manager, with engineering/rail experience immediately. The main duties will include: provide full administrative support to MD and 2 directors, managing an admin team working on a large project. Drawing up expense reports, preparing budgets, paying invoices, making major/minor purchases, building maintenance duties, selecting contractors and suppliers, scanning and monitoring documents. Candidates must have experienced in an office management role, be assertive and have excellent interpersonal skills.
