Our client are a major global corporate account who are being managed by one of the largest Property and Estates Management organisations in the world. They offer full Integrated Facilities and Portfolio Management to a variety of clients both in the UK and on an International basis.
They are currently providing a number of facilities services to a reputable banking organisation based in Canary Wharf and seek an experienced Moves Manager to join their team due to an internal promotion.
Role:
Under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager/ Senior Moves Manager, the individual is responsible for Business as usual moves and management of small projects and corporate relocations and furniture projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages, supervises and co-ordinates with Client Representatives and the Jones Lang LaSalle account team for all phases of moves and/or relocations including: program development, budgeting, planning and design oversight, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multi-disciplinary project teams.
Become familiar with and implement the client’s standards and policies including the client’s project approval process and inform all team members, including consultants, of project protocol.
•Track project progress and update reports using on-line tools, including managing and routing of Project Request Forms.
•Oversee and provide timely and accurate project documentation and reporting to all team members & consultants to include project status updates and vendor close-out letters.
•Prepare periodic reports and updates for Client and Senior Project Manager.
•Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers operating on the project.
•Develop detailed project schedule/programme & communicate key deliverable dates to project team.
•Draft and execute project work orders, furniture purchase orders, service contracts and change orders.
•Ensure that the programmatic requirements are incorporated into the furniture plan.
•Oversee or create CAD generated, coded furniture plans.
•Co-ordinate activities with furniture dealers, product representatives and installers.
•Perform additional duties to assist the Project team, as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum 2years Move Management
•Ability to interpret architectural plans
•Understand the agreed moves process
•To be able to read and understand plans, layouts and associated diagrams
•Determine all necessary componants required for furniture installations
•To be able to work in a team environment and to use their own initiative
•To have the ability to interact at all levels as and when necessary and will be required to carry out additional daily tasks as instructed by the senior moves manager
•To be able to support the tasks of other members of the management team
•Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
•Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
•Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
•Expert skills in all office software systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Power Point as well as Adobe Acrobat
•Working knowledge of AutoCad
