* Responsible for hard services, M&E maintenance on 200 + sites (anything from small allotment site to council buildings)
* Managing engineers and supervisor
* Electrical background required
* Managing budgets for consumables , spares etc... Managing small portion of ?4.8m
* History of quoting works, managing budgets and staff with M&E contracts
The jobholder will be able to oversee and maintain a high level of service delivery of all M&E across the contract made up off self-delivery and subcontractors. This will entail managing and co-ordinating a team consisting of Supervisors, Technicians and Subcontractors
The position will also involve levels of interaction with the client and their representatives.
