Senior Facilities manager/ Assistant Director Location: Central London Salary: circa £39’000 + annual bonus
Main Duties
To provide technical support for the clients delivery programme and to lead in the estates FM delivery
Role responsibilities: • Lead change management in facilities management delivery • Set technical performance standards and monitor set targets • Analyse new estate policies and procedures including cost and programme plans. • Monitor initiatives and new opportunities on the estates and asses their potential. • Review programme risk and develop mitigation action plans with the estates staff. • Maintain and Audit trial of all communications documents specific to the estate
Experience required: • Project management/project delivery in a senior capacity • Broad Hard and Soft Fm expertise across a diverse estate • Awareness of the MoD working environment
Qualifications required: • High level of communication, analytical, presentational skills. • Computer literate • Ability to lead a team in an environment of change • Professional qualification desirable.
