Established Facilities Manager urgently required to manage a national portfolio based in London.
You will have managed total Facilities Management multi site portfolio in a corporate environment previously and will have a pro-active client focused approach.
You will need experience of managing in-house and contracted FM staff along with H&S, cleaning, catering, M&E, FM budgets, projects (moves/relocations), lease/rent renewals
Reporting to Board level this is an exciting opportunity to develop and have responsibility for this established corporate recruitment & consultancy's portfolio based in the city.
MBIFM & IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.
