FM Consultant required for prestigious multi national consultancy.
You will be required to work as a Technical Advisor on behalf of your client and will act as a Project Manager to manage M&E element of FM projects for a multi-disciplined consultancy in the city.
You will have a strong client focus and be able to take a client brief, devise a solution and manage the tender process. You will be required to manage and coordinate work on site to ensure that the projects are managed and bought in on time, to budget and to the client's specification. These projects will vary in value from 5k–1/200million and will usually be asset replacement projects.
You will work as part of a team and ideally be from a consultancy background all though, not essential. You will have ideally worked in the FM sector and possibly in a Managing Agent's role. You will hold a Building Services, M&E or FM Qualification and ideally an H&S Qualification.
This role is paying in the region of £40-50k with a generous flexible benefits package.
