Due to a massive increase in the amount of projects successfully tendered for, we are urgently recruiting for a number of Project Managers for one of the fastest growing and most prestigious Cost & Project Management Consultancies in the UK.
Staff turnover is exceptionally low at this organisation which means they are in an excellent position to grow the size of the teams in order to cope with this workload – dependent of course on finding the right calibre of staff.
A recent addition to The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list and with a proud history of over 50 years in the UK construction industry, this is a real opportunity to join an established company that are looking to expand rapidly over the coming months.
Some of the sectors key to their growth include Commercial, Retail, PFI, Leisure, Transport (Rail & Air) and Utilities which means that you will be involved with a company that can offer you an expansive and interesting portfolio of work. Unlike some of their competitors, this organisation does not pigeon-hole their staff into a particular sector, meaning not only is your day-to-day workload continuously interesting, but you also have an excellent opportunity to value to your project base and in turn further your career.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to come on board who is looking to carve out a career for themselves, with our client maintaining both support and autonomy within the work environment. This company prides itself on Continued Personal Development (CPD), with over half of their existing staff being promoted from within. Added to this, the office promotes a sociable atmosphere, and of course, offer an extremely generous benefits package.
As the Facilities Consultant you will be selling and delivering FM Consultancy Services, developing FM client relationships, required to integrate (periodically) into multi-disciplinary teams on projects of a wider scope, for example PPP procurement & construction.
This role would suit someone who has a number of years working in an FM/ Property Management environment, with some of these spent working for a consultancy. Experience of working strategically on supply chain and change management is preferable.
Together with this role, we are also looking for a number of other key individuals to work within the Project Management Division, so if you feel you may not be quite right for this particular role then please don’t hesitate to pass your CV across.
Regarding the main role, this is a very real and urgent requirement and I am currently organising first round interview schedules. If you feel this is something you would be interested in, respond with a current CV to [EMail Removed] or call 0207 367 4424 and ask for Daniel. |
