A Facilities Management company are currently looking for an Estimator/ Bid Support Manager to work at their Head Office in Kew. The post holder will: Evaluate and submit estimates and tenders (lump sum and MTC) to meet client specifications in accordance with the contract and bid processes, ensuring that all contracts within their scope achieve maximum potential, and ensuring that contractual risks are reduced to a minimum by the detailed inspection of client requirements and contracts. They will also assist in the periodic reviews of contracts, compile and co-ordinate financial aspect of documentation which is associated with the winning and development of accounts and be responsible for all administration and reporting records both electronic and manual in support of the estimation function and prepare and issue in a timely manner, management and progress reports based on all activities which form part of the business development remit (further accountabilities included). The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role, hold an HNC qualification or equivalent in a building service discipline, have knowledge of commercial systems and their implementation, possess good communication IT skills including word, excel, estimation and databases combined with a full valid driving licence.
