The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the operation & development of the departmental helpline & CAFM system, responding to building users & making physical contact as required & overseeing the administration of the contract as a whole. This position is with a Facilities Management company and will include the management of Building Services Engineers. Proven experience within a similar role, excellent IT skills particularly including Word & Excel, knowledge of CAFM systems and advanced knowledge & experience of helpdesk operations & procurement systems is essential.
